My videos aren't great quality because I'm limited by my internet upload. I think that sounds about right for HD videos though, someone else might have a better idea than me :D

Supposedly mp4 is the best type to upload with, so if it's possible try using that and see if it makes a difference.

Still occasionally watch EthosLab and a few comedy type channel. Haven't really had much time for watching videos lately though :(

What file type are you uploading it as? I think YouTube struggles with converting some file types.

For my 100 subscriber special I did much the same content but worked really hard to make a quality video, (compared to my other videos at the time anyway). Took me a month to make the video but it ended up getting me to 200 subs :D

Some types of channels are much harder to grow than other. Also don't be too concerned with subscribers to start with, mainly aim for good content and to start getting views in. YouTube punishes smaller channels by not showing videos in search or suggested if they have low views so getting a...
