No, unfortunately Freedom can only pay the money that has been earned while with Freedom. Has she reached her $100 threshold for AdSense? It would have to paid into a bank account. It could be possible to set up a virtual online bank account depending on where you are from. Once that is done it...

When you join a new network it will show what is earned while in the Network. Your previous earnings are still there but they will be with the previous network/Adsense if you decide to go back to it.

As the others have said, subscriber count doesn't really matter all that much. Keep working on putting content out there and improving the content that you work on. Eventually you will see results :)
