Channel looks pretty good, I like the simplified look for the videos and banner. For your profile pic I'd suggest taking out the smaller text as you can't read it making it looks slightly unprofessional. You could also possibly include some sort of music symbol to show that its a music channel...

YouTube occasionally does this from time to time when they are verifying views. Your views should eventually all update (make sure you aren't constantly watching your own videos). If it doesn't update within a week let us know. :)
