For me I'm not always a fan of face cams, unless it is done really well it can end up just being distracting.

That should be fine, only problem can be you get a lot of views with very low interaction on the actual YouTube video.

I've heard it can make a difference although, it's not going to be huge. Unless you have a way of getting your content out there (via search or social media) people aren't likely to stumble across content no matter what country you are from.

How long has this been going on for? Sometimes on YouTubes end they can connection issues uploading to your local server. This can go on for a day or so then it will be fixed up.

Yes but as Zeke said it should be about the video if somewhere were to search for it, so if in the video you found a Pikachu, good tags could be "finding a pikachu", "finding a pikachu in pokemon go", "where to find pikachu in pokemon go" and so on.
