Usually the view count is averaged out over a month, so something like 30,000 views a month for 70% and so on. Also that is just a very rough guideline and it goes on quite a few different factors.

If it's already been a week I'd suggest sending in a ticket now to the support team to see what it up.

Depends on what the channel was terminated for, best thing would be to contact support as they would know more about this.

If you look at the bottom of the 1st post it says the date that it was last reviewed (6th of march 2016). So yes it should still be up to date information :) Have you tried contacting support? A few months back Freedom un-partnered a lot of channels that were inactive or had any copyrighted...
