Youtube has changed how views are verified it used to be that any view was counted up to 301, then those views would get verified and would stay at 301 until the real views caught up. Now Youtube updates the real view count more often deleting the "fake" views. Fake views can be things like...

People are mean. Can be hard when you are first starting out your channel, but as you grow your channel it will get better, the few dislikes that you get will start to get more outnumbered by likes. Best to try to ignore it and don't take it personally. Also as others have said dislikes still...

You will need to re-partner with Freeodm (partner verified just means you can be partnered with a network), message the support team and they will be able to help you out :)

To have a channel partnered you must have at least 1 video public (preferably more) which is why I'm guessing they are asking you to have 2 videos uploaded. Unfortunately support may be a bit slow at the moment as a lot of people have the Easter holidays off. If you continue to have troubles...
