As said above Youtube corrects the views counts as it goes, so some fake or duplicate views will get removed. Sometimes Youtube over corrects and these views will come back in a few days once they have been verified

Dashboard analytics are broken and have been for a while, not sure when they will be back up. For now just use the Youtube analytics. What page are you not getting earnings on?

Is there any specific thing that you were trying to find and couldn't, the dev team are always looking for way to improve the dashboard so if you have any suggestions let us know :)

Definitely not an easy career to get into. If it's something you are passionate about I'm sure you can make it work but probably a good idea to also have a backup plan also. Do you want to do youtube as a career by making videos, or just generally working with youtube?

Sometimes the thumbnail just doesn't show up for you, but is there for everyone else. Try checking it in another browser. Which video is it from?

It doesn't look like your channel is partnered, you can check here https://www.youtube.com/features , it should show "Network: Freedom!" As said above Contact Support and they should be able to help you out :)
