I'd say just ignore them, it still counts towards your video interactions. If it is really bad and the same person is commenting to check out their channel on all your videos its probably best to remove that person from commenting.

It doesn't look like you are partnered, were you inactive for a long period of time or have no videos listed publicly? I'd suggest contact support and they will be able to re-partner you :)
