You do not want to activate it. Paid Content means that people need to pay a monthly subscription in order to view your content and is meant for things like TV stations to use.. No one will subscribe to you if you do this. Stick to ad monetization.

Nothing you can do as it is due to the music in the game. This is why it is recommended to turn music off when recording / streaming games. You just need to leave it and accept that you will receive no revenue from that video. It will not effect your channels standing.
