Unfortunately YouTube's algorithm can suto flag some videos for age restriction. I am unsure on what the requirements are for it or why it selects some videos. People may have reported it for age restriction or many other factors. I am not sure what can be done in regards to it though.

You are using a template that uses a copyrighted song, the watermark on the song is even still there. Where it says "Audio Jungle", that is the watermark that shows that you do not have the rights to use the song. Honestly, do not fight it, you will only lose. Remove the songs and re upload it...

Unless you are directing people to a place for them to purchase the game from a legitimate retailer then no. That is against YouTube's and Freedom!'s terms of use.

As PGUK has mentioned, you will need to check the features section of your YouTube dashboard at: https://youtube.com/features and check that it states Freedom! there. The message on the dashboard is sometimes shown to members that are linked already and is just a glitch.

Hi @Mason Manley If you created the logo from scratch then the best thing to do would be to contact the other channel and ask them to remove it. As I can see you already have and I assume he will not remove it, then you need to file a claim through YouTube which I can also see you have done...
