Still have most of mine, although I haven't really got that many videos uploaded. If I ever run out of space I'd probably start deleting some.

I'd probably say it's a bad thing if you are trying to gain more subscribers. You end up just making it hard for your current subs to keep and can lose views from that. If you already have a large amount of subs and just want more views then it would be ok though.

If you are going to use YouTube end cards I'd suggest to make the video cater for it, otherwise it will just look like an annoying pop up. I've seen end cards that have been placed over an important part of a video just before it ends...

A lot of people also take screen shots while they play, or after recording go back and take a screen shot of it (what I do anyway)
