Preventing people from hacking isn't the easiest thing to accomplish. This is why most online games have security systems in place to catch them and ban them. I don't know of any system that actually entirely prevents it from happening. You can try, but hackers will always find a way around it...

I have a 3TB drive. However, I do have a program setup to automatically delete older videos. I have it setup to delete anything older than a month for series that I record at least 2 - 3 videos of per week. Anything that is 1 video per week I have it setup for 2 months instead.

I never usually do character builds per say. I do like to come up with a little roleplay and backstory for the character. But it's not like things are ever planed like a build normally would be.
