Animating isn't the easiest thing to do, and even for those who do know how to do it well, probably are not going to do it free. It takes a lot of work and time. The exception being if they feel it's worth to do so in the end.

It wouldn't bother me as much as it does if it only happened once per video. It gets so frustrating when a claim is released only for it to come back again the next day.
