I won't go into a lot of detail, but at a glance, you need to do some major work on your custom thumbnails, and to create much better titles. Accurate titles and eye grabbing thumbnails will get you on the right track.

Quantity is no kind of milestone. Maybe 1000 vids, but two weeks is not really anything to boast about. Post again when you've made a video every day for an entire year. Quality first though.

It really depends on many things. I don't think anyone can really answer that without someone youtube stats to back it up. Maybe socialblade could fill you in on where you stand growth-wise.

I used to, and got a few thousand subs over the course of a few good videos, but you're right. It's mostly butthurt people looking for any reason to piss in your drink, at least the gaming community is. I don't use it anymore to share videos.

Maybe you should take a break and gain some perspective. Come back in a few months or years and start fresh.

If you're at all serious about making videos regularly, you really need to learn how to edit yourself. Lots of beginner tutorials on youtube on how to get started.
