Ugh, shout outs that require you to sub....
Do you really think you'll help people grow significantly with a 188 sub shoutout? No, I think this is more of a short term inactive sub grabbing strategy. You literally asked people to sub to you twice. Four times if you count your signature.
Are you willing to pay for lessons? Everyone's time is valuable. I suggest going to this thing called "youtube" to learn the basics and more. It's a pretty handy site.
Firstly, you need to set some content on your channel's landing page. When I visit it, it says "this channel has no content". I do see you have some videos, so those along with a short channel trailer would be good to have on the home page for new visitors to see.
As for the video quality...
I hope your first goal is at least 1k subs, because anything less is not that momentus. Even youtube doesn't consider that a milestone, theirs is 100k at minimum.
I just think something so permanent should be saved for something major.
I saw a niche in Dota 2 custom games. Not many english speakers doing creative stuff with the game, so I rolled with it. Initially, it was how tos and tutorials about the game that got the ball rolling.
Wouldn't it make more sense (or relevant to the content) to get the questions not from random forum people, but from your fanbase?
And, if you can't get enough questions, may I suggest waiting to do this sort of video until you can?
