It will come with practice, as will the confidence to initiate things. Psych yourself up before you record, and just say things, regardless of the content. It's almost a fake it until you make it situation. Alchohol also helps, though i don't condone it if you're under age! Speaking of age...

Can you first give us your pc specs? It's often a hardware issue when dealing with fps. Right off the bat, you can turn the graphic settings down to get better framerates.

When you say "request", do you mean by ticket or email? The main method of unlinking is going through your YT dashboard and clicking the unlink button. Otherwise they don't have to unlink you.

I suggest narrowing your appeal instead of just being a "gaming" channel.
