There are other places you can order things like www.newegg.com , www.tigerdirect.com . These are the websites my friend from the UK usually orders or builds his computer from.

Thanks my friendo, i'll give it a shot.. And also, but the tigerdirect site says "access denied" though..

I enjoy my hauppauge HD PVR2. Easy device and not terribly expensive all things considered.

Thanks for the reply, I'll give it a good look as well, my friend..

agreed on this also look at specs of the hd pvr 2 and see what it takes to run

It doesn't take much and its a lot cleaner than the version before it. I have both cause its a lot easier to record AV cables consoles with the older version. But if you are doing new age consoles Id stick with the HD PVR2

All you really need is a laptop or PC to capture the video files.

If the memory of the laptop is pretty low, will the HDD drive helps?

RAM doesn't really have much to do with it. You are just "streaming" video footage. The Only time RAM would be a factor is if you were playing a PC game and trying to record.

Here's a crude diagram:

[Console]-----HDMI Cable----->[Capture Card]-----Cable to laptop----[Laptop]
..................................................|
..................................................|____video cable to TV___[TV]

I think i made it a little confusing..

What i meant is the hard drive memory of my laptop if the hard drive is full..

Thanks for the diagram btw..

I checked at the local mall this after noon, i am a bit confused at the difference of the rams of both laptop one and the PC one xD

Edit:
Regarding to the Tv Part.. Can the Pc Monitor good alternative for that?

No you don't have to. Before I started using my Elgato I simply used OBS and Xsplit for everything I needed for streaming/recording. Until I realized Nvidia's Shadowplay was absolutely amazing at recording with almost no notice to any drop in performance even at max quality.

- Mostly I noticed with the Xsplit Gamecaster there were huge amounts of lag even the tech support couldn't figure it out. The moment I hooked up the Elgato it almost nearly had all gone away. That's just my experience.
