I don't really set any short term goals other than to have each year be better than the last. Aside from that just remembering to always keep having fun with things. Though obviously long term goal would be to do this as a living.

I'd just probably stay away from it entirely honestly. There isn't really much of a point to it. If you have to have it on dailymotion and the uploader is being stupid then manually uploading might be the way to go. It's simply more reliable. You only have 4 videos you'd need to transfer anyway...

That uploader is just really glitchy in general and honestly missing a lot of features.

I did that during my last series. My viewers are generally pretty understanding though but I still wanted to post an update video letting them know why the uploads weren't daily anymore for that series and I basically made a new schedule just for that game.

Generally I only do one game at a time but every now and then I'll expand and do 2 games at the same time.

If you want to play it then go for it. In general it's a good rule but starting out especially you should play what interests you the most.

One of my youtube friends joined so I checked them out liked what I saw because of George's positive attitude and then signed up using his referral link. Unfortunately he (Kan) left freedom back in October but I still like this network which is why I didn't leave with him.

Maybe try deleting the thumbnail set one of the defaults as your thumbnail and then reupload the good thumbnail? That's usually what works for me when it starts having issues randomly.
