You had the ability to approve video responses or deny them entirely if I remember correctly. Basically you had 3 options just like normal comments. Allow all Video Responses Allow video responses after approval. Never allow video responses.

I think it might be asking a bit too much honestly. It's not easy out there no matter what content you make. It would likely take quite a lot of time to reach those numbers even on a best case scenario.

Give it a couple days. Your analytics usually need a few days to fill in. My last analytics update was July 18th so if you partnered yesterday or two days ago like the title says then it's too soon to see the numbers until youtube updates your analytics. You'll likely see it start increasing...

Then do it. Don't worry about the numbers. You should do it because you enjoy it not because you want to get big. There is nothing wrong with having that as a long term goal but that shouldn't be your primary motivation or else youtube can and will get discouraging very fast.
