Reddit and these forums are pretty much all I use now. Could get lost in reddit for hours :D I used to also use Planet Minecraft forums as well as Minecraft.net forums but don't really use them any more.

Usually around 4-6pm my time everyone from the US and a few other countries are sleeping so there is very little activity. I kind of like this time though, nice and quiet :D

Yeah may as well give it a go :) Just don't expect too much, people usually don't like giving away money. I've seen a few Youtubes with 100k + subs who have set up patreons and get very little support. You will never know if you don't try it though.

I agree it has a lot more to do with personality and the actual content but creating quality content definitely helps improve on that. I don't even speak so not sure if my videos have much personality in them tho :D

I don't believe that is allowed as it conflicts with Youtubes advertising. If you have permission from a company and have made a sponsorship deal then links like that may be allowed. I don't really know all that much about product placement so may want a second opinion on this though :)
