Might take a little while for Epidemic to update that you are a partner. As PGUK said wait a little bit and you should be able to get in. Let us know if you continue to have trouble with this though.

As stated above you may have been unlinked with a large proportion of other channels. Contact support and you should be able to get back in if your channel is in good standing.

Yes as said above you will still be paid, long as you have your paypal and everything set up correctly. You will still be able to access the dashboard after you have been unlinked.

Entering twice into Freedom shouldn't have disabled your monetisation, only youtube can do that. Can you post a link to your channel? Also youtube should have contacted you with a reason for disabling monetisation, make sure you check your email associated with your channel.

Where have you heard there will be no compensation for the trial month? I'm sure Google has a few extra dollars in the bank to fund this trial, I don't think they would make the content creators be the ones to lose out. Then again they do take half our revenue each month so you never know :P
