It can take some time to show up, all channels are manually review and can take up to a week to get the invite. If it has bene longer than that you can try messaging support to see if it is going through. Create a support ticket

As Nice said this is just Youtube's validation method. It used to be that video views would only get checked at 301 views (this is why some videos got stuck at 301). Now they do this more up to date, so if someone clicks in an out of the video 60 times, once the views are checked it will revert...

Like the others have said it can take some time, each channel gets reviewed manually to make sure they are up to standard and have no copyrighted material that they are trying to monetise. If it does take longer than a week you can message the support team. (Create a support ticket)
