I don't think this has anything to do with the Partner Program thing. Youtube analytics do freeze from time to time usually it sorts itself out after 4-5 days though. I have the same thing with no analytics/views form the 2nd until now. All your videos are public though.

Yes you would get a higher % if you were just with google adsense. Although you wouldn't get the featured included with Freedom. So it depends on which your channel would benefit more from. If you do ever feel that you were prefer to go back to the standard adsense you can unlink from Freedom...

The dashboard analytics isn't working (for everyone), for now you will have to use the youtube analytics.

I think sometimes the automated thumbnails that are generated can be fine. There are lots of channels with millions of subs that just use the generated ones (or just still frames/screenshots). Having a completely blank thumbnail probably isn't a very good idea though... Also depends on the type...
