If it's maxed at 6MBps then it may fluctuate a lot not a steady 6MBps. Technically you should be able to but on things like streams once you get behind on slow internet the whole thing just messes up so probably not. Should be able to watch 360p or 720 max. With 5MBps download I just watch...

If you use the tools and forums and are prepared to put in the hard work Freedom can help your channel grow. If you join and just wait for your channel to grow that probably isn't going to work though. When I joined I was at around 300 subs.
