I don't think they can say a specific number ether... If they say a number then someone might just get a whole lot of fake views to reach the specific target even if they have a below average channel. Maybe I should poke around some :D

At the moment I don't think they are working on it. They are trying to get other things fixed up instead.

Which browser was this not working in? Also I'm still a little confused, was this the uploading part or the processing afterwards?

It used to be around 30k views/month for 70%, 150k/month for 80%, 300k/month for 90% and 300k/month + special circumstances 95%. That's since been removed though and I'm not too sure what it's at the moment.

As said above message the support team and they may be able to send a request to Youtube on your behalf. Also mention what your main channel is.

Probably best not to start an argument or do anything with it personally, better off getting the police to check it out if it's still going on after 1am. Even if it goes on and off I'm sure they are used to dealing with things like that and I'm sure everyone else in the area is also sick of it.
