Unless Freedom find a different payment method I don't there is much that can be done. This is part of the Paypal policy and the Laws within Turkey.

There is no lock in contract you can leave at any time, just go to this page https://www.youtube.com/features click the drop down and "request to unlink". It takes 30 days for the unlinking process. This is for all networks with a non lock in contract to prevent people jumping from one network...

He may have misinterpreted what you said...? When you unlink from Freedom you still get paid for the previous months that you were with Freedom. The only thing you wont be paid is the time that you were unlinked from Freedom. So if you were unlinked for 5 days, any revenue made in those 5 days...

You might be struggling for something that is ok for $300, you may be better to spend an extra $100 or more if possible otherwise it could be obsolete within a year. I just recently bought a laptop and I'm so glad I went for something a little more expense than I was planning.

Grats! If you are doing a tech channel make sure to do your research, if people see you posting wrong information you can get a lot of thumbs down. Other than that keep it interesting and new find out what is trending and remember to add tags to your videos...
