    If you are creating your own content then it should be fine, but if you just say a few words then show a 5 minute video that someone else made then that would still be copyright.

    Try using another browser/incognito mode. If that doesn't work try a different computer. Also logging out and back into your google account may solve this. Let me know if you are still having trouble.

    Paid content means people can only watch your channel if they pay for it. This is usually only for commercial TV shows/movies. So what you have is fine :)

    You can be accepted to the network unless you have at least 1 video public, so that is probably the reason. If you upload a video then contact support again saying that you have just uploaded it then they should be able to send the invite. :)

    I mentioned a few days ago that making a Pokemon go tutorial/gameplay videos would be a good way to get a lot of views as the game was about to blow up. A few videos posted yesterday are already at 1-2 million views. Still might be time to get in ;)

    It looks like it was because you were inactive for over a year, contact support and they will be able to get you back in. At the moment there is a backlog of invites and support tickets, it may take up to a week to get your channel partnered.

    They may get bored of it after a while, dislikes on your video doesn't harm your video on search ranking or anything, although it can be disconcerting if you are a new channel and don't get that many views to counter them out. Usually people do stop after a while.
