Solved Create Your Own "Mini Freedom"

Hello! So I am fairly new here. I read over the FAQ and didn't seem to find anything. I remember hearing George mention something related to "Creating your own Mini Freedom." I have several people who would like to join my "Mini Freedom". If I am eligible, how would I do that?

How long ago did he mention that? He may have been talking about sub-networks which have now closed down.
