Thanks @PGUK Network for answering this one. As he mentioned, as long as your video is transformative, educational or a parody then you will be ok. If you just take clips or music and do nothing with them then it will not fall under fair use and you will be at risk of copyright claims.

Hi, What do you mean by "the paypal address isn't active"? If you mean you have not set up an account with the email you put in then it doesnt matter, the payments are still sent to that address, once you sign up it will be in the account. If you mean that you have not put in your paypal...

I don't mind the idea behind it, I do mind the amount of rubbish games put into the market into greenlight / early access. Games without working mechanics and so forth. The well done ones are fine though :)
