Freedom! will continue to pay all the money that you earned while partnered with Freedom!. You will be paid on the same timescale as when partnered, so on a NET 60 timescale.

As mentioned above, you need to request the unlink from there: https://www.youtube.com/features You will then need to wait 30 days for it to unlink you. There is no other way of doing it. If you do not see the unlink button then you are already unlinked from Freedom! :)
