Your monetization will go through Freedom! now as you are partnered, even without the email. Freedom! and any other network will not protect you from content ID / copyrighted content though, so make sure it is your own that you are uploading :)

You can monetize your videos straight away, you should NOT monetize any videos that have copyrighted content in them, in fact you should not even upload them. As it says Freedom! in your features page then you are fully partnered :)

Currently the analytics part of the dashboard is not working, the devs are working on it but there is no ETA. It is best to use the YouTube analytics instead as they are the most accurate.

Your video is currently showing ads for me. YouTube has an algorithm in order to decide to show ads. If you have monetised the video then there is nothing else to do. It will show ads to some people, but not to others.

As your analytics page shows, a lot of accounts were closed. This could be due to them closing it themselves, YouTube closing them for spam or for being fake accounts. If active commenter left, then who knows, they could have just gotten bored or wanted something new. Nothing can be done, just...

As long as it shows before January 30th then there is nothing to worry about. Freedom! have a lot of partners so it takes a long time to check payments etc. The delay in your earnings appearing on the dashboard will have no effect on your money being paid on time.
