Search results

YouTube likes to hide how they do things but I believe keywords are only a part of the search ranking. You also need views and interactions with the video along side these keywords. Bit annoying but that doesn't mean you should stop tagging your videos.

Honestly I don't think there is that much you can do aside from keep generating more views. Things like giveaways may look like they help to start with but you will have people that will just turn up for the giveaways, rather than real subs that want to watch the content. Best way to gain subs...

If you delete the video I believe it's still quite hard to join, even if it was a previous strike. YouTube has become very strict on this sort of thing lately. I'm not part of the content management team so you would probably better to contact our support team on how that works.

That would most likely be the issue, networks can't partner channels that have any copyright claims or strikes.
