An interesting idea, but the comment section of the Freedom! hub channel's videos (including those unrelated) would be choked with "Check me out" spam. It's part of the reason why the 365 days of giveaways never finished, the comments just got out of control.

This forum is best utilized when looking for colleagues, not an audience.

I don't think he can do much unless he can prove well beyond a doubt that he's the original creator of the content. Given that the channel hasn't existed for years, the odds are that he can't do anything.

I'm going to add that I think this should just give the privilege to remove links from the chat and slap a warning/ban if necessary. I think potential harassment should be handled by higher authority instead of on the fly. Since meaning of a text can be completely misread, links are clear as day.
