I would have to vote for PC, just because they can be customised to play games at very intense settings, whereas consoles have a cap, but the cap is still good enough to play games regularly. I personally use a PS4, not PC.

I think this is an apparent bug with the Freedom! dashboard, I will update you if I hear any more information.
