I think this is an apparent bug with the Freedom! dashboard, I will update you if I hear any more information.

As @Crazylawrence has noted above this seems to be a current bug with the Freedom dashboard, as long as your Youtube status and features page is still showing you are partnered with Freedom then there is no need to worry about it.
