Ads only show up once per seven minutes nevertheless, so if you spam click they won't show. Incognito mode doesn't change this.

If you just reuploaded the trailer I wouldn't dispute it as that's far from Fair Use and just deal with it. You can't tell whether a video by someone else was claimed or not without access to the channel. If it isn't your content, don't dispute claims.
