Your channel only has one public video. Freedom! needs you to have cohesive content without copyright issues. Oh and thanks to YouTube you also need 1k Subscribers and 4k hours of watch time per year to join a MCN like Freedom!.

Hey, I just heard back from a very nice person that the monetization options like "Review and Block" or "Kids Hub" are actually set up by Freedom!. Might be worth contacting Support about what they mean then. Kids Hub also is a Freedom! thing if I remember correctly.
