This is an interesting idea, though I'd recommend swapping footage, rather than entire video. Swap videos but then add your own intros/outros to introduce or give some context. Otherwise it could be misleading.

it really depends on the ad formats, watch time, cpm, etc. No one can really give you a number, but you can get a pretty close estimate if you look at your channel analytics for that period through your dashboard.

It's not "targeting". They're just verifying views and removing unconfirmed ones. Large channels get hit by it too, it's just not as noticeable because of their size.

If you really want to do YouTube as a career, you need to start uploading ASAP regardless of your insecurities. Every day you don't have content online, you're wasting time and possible growth. Time to get realistic.

Don't put yourself in a position where you overproduce. Start small, like one video a week. Schedule the uploads ahead of time so if you do get to make a few videos in one day, you'll have those spread out over a few days or weeks.

That happened to me too, lost 700 in one day. Nothing you can do about it. But, if you look at it as inactive subs leaving, then you're really not missing out on much.
