Everyone does miss the simplicity of the old games. I feel like BO3 isn't horrible, but by far not the best. When it comes down to it, the maps and killstreaks are lacking and the movement is too much for a lot of people. At least Treyarch is moving in the right direction

Welcome to Freedom! I'd say the main thing to help for your anxiety would literally be to pretend you're not recording at all. Let the mic be an extension of yourself and just relax.
