Upload with MP4, and if your video editing software has a built in YouTube uploader make sure you use it. I've been using Filmora and it works wonders.

Definitely need some new thermal paste there. Also, what I've done is I have an SSD for my OS and games, and an HDD to record to. It does give you a bit of a performance boost.
