Also fix your YouTube profile link. Looks like something isn't working there, Go to https://freedom.community.tm/account/personal-details and make sure that YouTube is your channel ID and not your website link.

That is a very broad question that will have a different answer depending on which country you live in. Even then, it may depend on the state/province/territory you live in. I'd recommend speaking with a local accountant and see what tax laws apply to you.

Keep going. The more you put up content, the more likely you'll get likes, shares etc. Be patient, keep posting, and make every video like you're sending them out to 1000 people.

Yup. I am self employed, so I don't always have time to make videos on a regular basis. I'm currently getting a queue of 5-6 weeks of videos so that I have a good buffer.
