I believe all you have to do is give whoever it is you want to join Freedom! or a Freedom! powered network your 'refer-a-friend' link, found on the dashboard prospects page. I have given my own to several friends and once they were accepted they were all listed on that page.

This is normal. As you are partnered with a network, they take 40% of your earnings. You get the remaining 60%.

The Freedom! dashboard generally takes a few days to update. Also, your earnings are paid out two months after the fact. So your January earnings will be paid in March.
