Dude, your work is real good! You have a pretty good eye for design, keep it up!

Branding is about consistency, but every single instance of your name or even initials is in a different font. Stick to one you like and use it for everything. Your banner R and S should match the one in your icon and the one in your intro if possible. Otherwise, it's good.

It's a little too busy and hard to read in small sizes. Remember that most thumbnails will be seen at a very small size, so be sure to zoom out and check if it's easy to read!

The splat looks a bit pixelated from being sized up in some parts and the white marks around look accidental (there's one on the headband). Also I guess you probably should add content? Text with your username, social media, etc? Give the audience some info more than a minecraft render.

Your more recent one (the one that says #74) is definitely the best. With thumbnails, simple and sweet is the way to go. Your top priority isn't "does this look good". It's "can people see what this is/says from far away or when shrunk down" and THEN "does this look good".
