First off you clearly have a good solid following right now, which is very good! Your banner is also an interesting and unique design (though maybe you should to get an HD copy of said banner?). For some constructive criticism maybe look into getting a more HD design for your thumbnails and see about getting a more professional channel logo? Anything that looks professional immediately helps boost interest in your channel!
