Solved YouTube "Reply" Button is MISSING

No reply button on the YouTube comments. How I fix this problem?

I change my Google+ settings option- Who can interact with you and your posts, only me to Anyone.. But there is no reply button. In that case How I reply to people???

If somebody has their Google+ settings to allow nobody to reply to their comments then you simply cannot reply to it. However you may change your Google+ settings to allow people to reply to your comments or not.
