Solved YouTube Partner Program

Hello I've been apart of freedom for awhile now and I have just a simple question. I've looked around and I can't find anything that helps me identify what this notification I'm getting on youtube is... It says that I can sign a contract with youtube to be apart of their program but I'm already in the Freedom MCN. How would this work? I haven't heard anything about this and the one video I did find:

Says that I should avoid it. Can anyone give me some insight? Sorry for poor quality of the post I'm in a rush.

There is a Faq about this but in short it are the new youtube terms wich will give extra features and benefits over time. We all signed it

I have a little read through and it seemed like the right option to sign it..so I did

Read through the terms and make up your own mind. It is beneficial to you to sign it, but if you do not want to then you do not have to.

In the future, certain features may not be available to you if you have not signed it though.
