Solved YOUTUBE NEED TO FIX THEIR SYSTEM

Okay so i uploaded a review !!

of a manga chapter that recently released of One Piece
but the video gets taken down and my channel receives a copywrite strike , even though this video was perfectly legal and any pictures/footage used was under fair use. SO there was absolutely not reason for youtube to take down my video!!

Why is it that youtube don't check themselves before taking down someones video , they just follow up false claims by penalising my channel and not allowing me to upload video's longer than 30 minutes! Im lucky thats all I'm unable to do.

I submitted a counter claim but the chances of any REAL HUMAN seeing it are slim to none , as everything on youtube end is handled by a bot

WHAT CAN I DO to get this situation resolved and my channel back in good standing !?

i was making a review of the manga chapter of one piece chapter 822.

And when i made references to certain scenes and things that happened, i would show a screenshot of the scene to give the viewers visual aid and help them understand the point i am trying to make.

and the claimant is the publisher of the manga shueisha (i think thats how its spelt)
