YouTube keep suspending my channel

im trying to make a second channel and youtube have suspended 2. I havent uploaded, I subbed to three people and they suspended it. WTF YOUTUBE

If you have had a channel suspended or terminated, you are not allowed to make another.

No. Must be some sort of glitch, contacted google but now I need to talk to youtube directly.
