Solved Why is taking to long for freedom

I've send them the petition 1 week ago and I didn't get a response yet. My channel is ok, no strikes and all correct.
Why is taking to long?

It takes up to 7 days anyway so give it a day or two more then contact support if you haven't received it

What do you mean by your "petition"?

If you are refering to your application, it can take a few days to be seen to, also it is currently the Christmas holiday season so may take longer than usual.
