it say partnership verifiyed but there is nothing involiving a network

If you mean on your YouTube dashboard that just means you are able to get a YouTube partnership. If you are with Freedom it should then say Network underneath that with Freedom the right as shown below

If it doesn't show a network then you need to contact support and ask them if they can send you the invite to your YouTube dashboard HERE
